"Grace is above all professional and from the start contracted tightly, set direction and would consistently return to the goals of the coaching, while allowing for evolution and emerging direction.

What I loved is that Grace has a therapeutic background, so for my particular coaching needs at that time, that was brilliant - we could seamlessly stay in coaching while acknowledging therapy-ish areas that skirt the line of coaching. I didn’t want therapy but wanted to speak to a coach who understands therapy speak, so we could work within my full psychological breadth.

Grace was able to identify areas for coaching that I couldn’t see myself (the best coaches will do that), and took me to greater self-awareness and areas to work on. For example saying no, trying to do everything myself, seeking support for certain things, There were honest, informed observations that would help me to identify and take my next actions. 

These observations, meant I was able to get into right relationship with other people, with my goals and desires, with myself and with my physical needs too.

Grace is a breath of fresh air - smart and soulful, astute and artistic, honest and kind and extremely skilled.
